  • How many cases have you tried to a jury or a judge?
  • What has been the result of your trials?
  • What percent of your cases settle and why?
  • How many cases do you handle at any given time?
  • What kind of support do you have in your firm, in terms of other lawyers, paralegals, legal research and computer technology?
