Carl Bettinger has litigated hundreds of personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect claims, and holds the two largest personal injury verdicts in New Mexico, one ($54 million) in 2007 and the second ($54.1 million) in 2009. He is an invited speaker across the country on nursing home claims. Carl is a 2002 graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College and has been on the teaching staff since 2003. He currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he teaches trial practice.
